Sepuluh Menit Baca al Qur’an sebagai Motivasi Peningkatan Aspek Spiritual Peserta Didik

Di era globalisasi ini dihadapkan pada tantangan intelektual dan teknologi, dimana masyarakat Indonesia dihadapkan pada tantangan kehidupan yang semakin kompleks. Globalisasi dan kemajuan teknologi telah membuat gaya hidup baru dalam bidang informasi. Semua budaya asing sangat mudah masuk ke Indonesia dan mempengaruhi gaya hidup para generasi penerus bangsa. Kehidupan bangsa perlu menerapkan pendidikan yang berwawasan dan berkarakter bangsa dengan berlandaskan pancasila sehingga melahirkan generasi yang pancasilais, agamis dan spiritualis.
Pendidikan karakter sangat dibutuhkan terlaksana secara intensif pada suatu lembaga pendidikan, penerapannya dengan cara diajarkan oleh seluruh guru mata pelajaran yang diintegrasikan dalam penyampaian pembelajaran. Penerapan pendidikan karakter yang intensif bisa diwujudkan melalui pembiasaan-pembiaasan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Pembiasaan adalah proses pembentukan kebiasaan-kebiasaan baru atau perbaikan kebiasaaan-kebiasaan yang telah ada.
Pembiasaan selain menggunakan suri teladan, perintah, kontinuitas, dan pengalaman khusus. Tujuannya agar peserta didik memperoleh sikap dan kebiasaan-kebiasaan baru yang lebih tepat dan positif dalam arti sejalan dengan kebutuhan hidup sehari-hari. Selain itu juga Pembiasaan melakukan hal yang positif pada peserta didik sebagai generasi penerus bangsa dapat membantu supaya peserta didik menjadi insan yang sopan dan santun baik dalam lingkungan sekolah, lingkungan keluarga, dan lingkungan masyarakat. Dalan konsep Islam pendidikan karakter tidak boleh diabaikan dari pada pendidikan intelektual sebagaimana tersebut dalam Qoul “Ulama’ “Al adabu fauqol ilmi” bahwa pendidikan etika lebih utama daripada ilmu.
Seiring dengan permasalahan tersebut pada awal tahun pelajaran 2022/2023 MAN 4 Jombang membuat program keagamaan baru dengan Pembiasaan sepuluh menit baca Al Qur’an pada jam pertama yang diikuti oleh seluruh peserta didik, guru dan karyawan. Dengan sistem bacaan sentral di tiga lokasi kampus MAN 4, dari sentral dipimpin oleh peserta didik sedangkan di kelas peserta didik didampingi oleh semua guru jam pertama. Dalam pelaksanaan sehari-hari ternyata terdapat beberapa kendala yang terjadi, misalnya faktor kehadiran peserta didik. Dalam hal ini ada beberapa peserta didik yang masih belum bisa tepat waktu hadir di madrasah, sehingga tidak bisa secara istiqomah mengikuti pembiasaan baca Al Qur’an tersebut.
Hal lain adalah faktor lingkungan madrasah yang belum sepenuhnya berada di satu lokasi tersendiri, sehingga di salah satu kampus tidak bisa dilaksanakan baca Al Qur’an secara sentral. Namun demikian Team Keagamaan sebagai penggerak pelaksanaan program tidak pantang menyerah dengan keadaan, tidak pantang surut semangatnya dalam menggerakkan peserta didik untuk turut serta membaca Al Qur’an dengan selalu memantau ke seluruh kelas agar bacaan Al Qur’an terlaksana secara tertib.
Pendekatan pembiasaan membaca Al Qur’an tersebut juga bertujuan agar seluruh sivitas akademika MAN 4 Jombang baik dari unsur peserta didik, guru maupun karyawan selalu dapat pencerahan dari keutamaan membaca Al Qur’an terutama pada hari kiamat. Sebagaimana disebutkan dalam Hadits bahwa nabi memerintahkan membaca al Quran karena Al Quran akan menjadi penolong bagi pembacanya di hari kiamat. Hadis ini mendorong setia[ muslim unuk mendawamkan bacaan Al Quran.
Program ini sesungguhnya sangat efektif dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai budaya positif ke dalam diri peserta didik, baik pada aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik. Selain itu pendekatan pembiasaan juga dinilai sangat efisien dalam mengubah kebiasaan negatif menjadi positif. Dengan demikian, peserta didik akan terbiasa membca Al Quran tidak saja selama menempih pendidikan di madrasah, tapi juga selepas dan sampai akhir hayatnya.
